• Name (the display name registered on the user's Google Account)
• Email address (the email address associated with the user's Google Account)

We do not collect any other information, such as passwords, contact lists, or content from other Google services (e.g. Google Drive files or email content).

3. Purpose of Use

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Verifying the identity of enrolled students
• Providing course materials
• Administering quizzes/assignments and recording results
• Managing grades and attendance
• Communicating with students regarding course administration

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Operator will not disclose users' personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. The information collected will not be used for advertising or any other commercial purpose.

5. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

The System's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Management

• Collected information is securely stored on the System's server (CORESERVER).
• Data is retained for the duration of the relevant course and for five years after grades are finalized, after which it is promptly deleted.
• Reasonable safeguards, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), are used to prevent unauthorized access.

7. User Rights

Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information held by the Operator by contacting the address listed in Section 8.
